Slot Reserves are people waiting in line to be able to pay. This method will be gone once everyone is off the list and be replaced with a google form.

By commissioning me, you agree to my T.O.S.
My Payment methods are upfront and through PayPal.
As the artist, I’m allowed to put my foot down and decline a change in your commission if I deem it too difficult or not worth it, even after payment. This is incredibly rare and is probably seen more in animated commissions.
At the sketch stage, there may be as many changes needed (within reason.) Once I do lineart, I will allow 3 changes. After that, I will charge more for my time. Shading stage will allow very minor changes. More than one will also result in a fee. (to avoid loopholes- if you order only a sketch, after 5 changes I will ask for payment for additional changes!)
NO REFUNDS unless I cannot finish it myself. For non-animated commissions, I will give you a FULL REFUND if I cannot finish your commission, but only I will determine this. Animated comms will get 50% payment back. (Refunds are extremely rare.)
For animation, if I have to fix many frames in the line-art/color phase, I may ask for extra to make up for the time lost.
If you pay 50% extra of the price of your commission, then I can prioritize it and finish it sooner. For example: for a $75 fullbody, half of it is $37.50. Therefore, you pay $112.50.
No selling or making money off of my art no matter the reason.
I'm allowed to decline any commission request, although this doesn't happen very often.
For YCHS, I usually don’t send as many WIPS because the sketch is already shown to you. If you want changes to your oc, especially in animation, I will ask for more money to make up for my time to fix all the frames.
I need a drawn picture of your character except if you're ordering a reference sheet from me.
Already having an OC but asking for parts of it to be redesigned in fullbody art may add on a fee if I see fit.
If you're on my slot reserve list OR if you claim a slot when I open and you do not pay within 3 days of me being ready to take your commission, I will give it to someone else who can pay sooner!
No claiming that you drew the artwork.
Do not trace my art and pass it by as your own.
Please do not remove my watermark unless you're making the art into an emoji and it's in the way.
DO NOT use my art for AI purposes, it is extremely rude and disrespectful towards me. If I suspect that you've done this, You will go on my blacklist and you will never be allowed to commission me EVER.
DO NOT Post NSFW that I make for you on Social Medias that is not FA or e6. I like to keep myself SFW in most spaces as there's an appropriate place for everything. Not everyone wants to see explicit content from me.

Other Work I’ll Do
- Randomized character design, this means I can design characters for you as long as there’s artistic freedom
- Concept art. I can create scenes for your characters in settings in which is movie-like, but I may put on fees if it’s difficult.
- Comics. I will do comics as long as the price is good.
- Banner art. I will need size dimensions
- Art made specifically to become pins, stickers, magnets, etc. This must be for personal use only and not for you to recreate and sell. I will provide the art but not the stickers/magnets/pins
- I can help design a logo for you if needed

Hiya! I’m known as Hollyvardia/Hazelotaria online! I’m 20 years old and I’m she/her. I’m currently working in college to get a Bachelors of the Fine-Arts degree! I’m year 3 out of 4 years in, due to graduate by May of 2025! I’m hoping to have my freelance work be more mainstream at that point. I love creating art for other people in my style and making them happy!
I’m currently absolutely hyperfixated on plants and birds right now. To be exact, Pigeons and Monstera Deliciosas. I might be autistic as well, so that’s pretty neato I guess?
